I got this kit, knowing that some items wouldn’t fit. I wish the maternity world would acknowledge that one size definitely doesn’t work for moms-to-be.
The belly support band & pajama top doesn’t fit, and the socks aren’t quite big enough, but the silicone strips are something I definitely plan to use, as I will have 3 sections scars when this birth is done. I also like the sleep mask and the car seat belt cover is a genius touch! Riding in the car post surgery has always been the hardest for me!
The peri-bottle is a nice addition, as hospitals don’t always supply those for section moms, and it’s a nice thing to have to help “trigger” using the bathroom post surgery. The stretch undies are always “one size fits all” but these just aren’t super comfortable. I’ll probably see what the hospital has in larger sizes.
This kit has a lot of thought behind it- and I’d really love to be able to upgrade to a true plus size version. That would make it 5 stars.

I really appreciated the essentials bag for c-section patients because it's not something we see very often. Oftentimes us c-section patients are left out of the kits of the world or birthing essential baskets and this finally makes me feel prepared and included. Not only was the scar tape included to consider our scar but also a postpartum wrap AND seat belt cushion so that the scar isn't irritated by the seatbelt. I There's even an encouraging note and message included in and on the bag for healing so no details were spared in my opinion and it is very much appreciated.
One thing I'm unsure of is if this is a price that a lot of people would be willing to pay but given all the items provided I kind of get it.

This was what I needed to finished up my hospital bag. It has every essentials for my body when I get ready to deliver via cesaren, along with recovering from surgery.
Some items will need to be bought for extras, but other than that, this would be a great gift for other mommas who love this stuff.
