Incredibly impressive for the price
I don’t know where to begin with this one. I bought this monitor for travel purposes since it doesn’t need WiFi. I am so impressed not only was this product cheap but it has exceeded my expectations. The two most important things I wanted in this monitor was to be able to click one button to turn the screen on and off while still being able to listen and it not be a struggle at night and to have good enough signal to walk around. This monitor does both things. I have a very nice and expensive monitor at home that is also not on WiFi. It has been a good one as far as simplicity BUT it has been acting up when my phone is around it and just loses signal. So bad that most nights I can’t even have my phone plugged in or it will not work. Literally so silly. And my room is no more than 10 feet away from my kids room. We are directly across the hall from each other, so signal should never be an issue. It’s just an issue when the phone is near by and using the internet (streaming/ socials media or honestly all pages can be cleared and it just be plugged in and still mess it up). I digress, THIS monitor though has a quality image, good noise, good buttons that arent complicated, the sleep feature on the screen that still allows audio when off, and probably many more features I haven’t played with. Frankly, I’m thinking of just switching monitors. For travel purchases I did get a clip on mount for the pack n play and it also worked well, just search mounts that are compatible with this monitor. 10/10 recommend for a non WiFi monitor. Dont go spending money when you don’t need to, save and buy this.

Just terrible. Don’t buy.
I bought this specific one from the brand because my trusty old Kidsneed monitor from a few years ago wouldn’t charge anymore (tried using different chargers, but didn’t work). Thought it was a no-brainer when I ordered this newer model from the same brand. But, it’s an utter disappointment and a total waste of my money, and nothing like the older model. The awful clicking noise and the screen turning on constantly is not even the worst part (it can be completely turned off in the settings). The monitor keeps showing a *No signal* screen all the time, and I have to keep unplugging and replugging the camera more often than I’d like. Sound quality is awful – actually, non-existent sound. I can barely hear anything. It’s been less than a month since I started using it and the charge won’t even last one full night. This is with the screen turned off! Battery life is just awful. Never had any issues with my old one. All in all, it’s an absolute piece of junk. Unfortunately I threw away the box because I thought this one would last me a while like its older predecessor. So now I’m unable to get a refund for it or seek a replacement.Can the seller do something about this? I have no way to contact them.

Great, but kind of complicated
I’ve seen lots of reviews on this and lots complain about the constant clicking noise and not being able to turn the screen partially off where you’re still be able to see the noise bar, and for mine, turning off the “VOX” completely is how to stop the random clicking and be able to turn just the screen off without completely powering it off, I was also very confused on it and the instructions were not clear on it, at least on mine, regardless of that issue I think it looks great! Only problem was I didn’t receive the screws and things to mount it on my wall and asked for a replacement just for that reason, but the voice is amazing, when I talk into it it’s very clear and crisp, the video is pretty good too, the zooming in and night vision I feel like could be slightly better, but it also could be that it’s just not mounted and where I have it doesn’t give me a good view of my baby haha, but overall I would say 8/10 and obviously 4/5 stars, because it does work, it’s just slightly complicated to figure out the ins & outs, it just takes a little bit of messing with it to really get it figured out

Nous avons acheter un moniteur, tout allais bien sauf qu’il ne tenais pas sa charge de batterie, l’image est clair et le fonctionnement est simple. Nous avons parler à “Gloria” pour notre problème de charge et au final ,on nous a remplacer notre moniteur! Prise en charge de notre problème rapidement,compréhension, retours de conversation par courriel facile et rapide, solution parfaite, bref,Service client impeccable ! Je recommanderais ce produit même si nous avons eu un petit problème

Dass das Signal gestört war, gab es immer mal wieder. Allerdings kann ich mein Baby seit 2 Tagen nicht mehr mit der Kamera im Blick haben, da diese kein Signal mehr herstellen kann. Sehr Ärgerlich und gefährlich!Ich rate vom Kauf ab! Lieber etwas mehr investieren 😉
