How to get an accurate reading in 10s?
1. Please read the product manual carefully.
2. Start Measuring when You See “Lo℉”.
3. Pay attention not to touch the probe with your hands or other objects with high temperature Before taking your temperature.
Why are the temperature readings inconsistent?
If you measure directly after powering up, the measurement results are inaccurate and the measurement time is up to 30 seconds or more. Be sure to start measuring when you see “Lo℉”.
How do I replace the battery?
1. Gently pull the battery cover off by hand at the top of the thermometer.
2. Place a fresh 1.55 V button cell battery of SR41, UCC392, or LR41 or equivalent into the battery compartment with the positive terminal on.
How to switch between °C and °F?
During off status, Press and hold the on/off button for about 3 seconds, and when you hear the “Bi”, immediately press the button again.
Is the thermometer waterproof?
Yes. Please note that only the tip of the thermometer (the measuring part) is waterproof.

Great Oral Thermometer, Quick and Easy to Use
I bought this oral thermometer as a backup to my digital thermometer. I tested it and it works very well. It takes 10 to 15 seconds to get a reading and it’s very accurate. It comes with a plastic case for storage. The temperature is easy to read on the thermometer. It’s very inexpensive but of a good quality. I purchased spare LR41 batteries separately so that it’s always ready for use.

Affordable. Reliable. Babies, children, or adults. Makes a great baby shower gift as well as great gift for care basket. It’s always good to have more than one. So even if the person you’re buying for already has one, they can never use too many. It gives you peace of mind to have more than one thermometer with children. Consider these for donations as well. They are like a forgotten item that people tend to forget when donating to those who have had house fires and things like that. They would make great donations to pregnancy care centers too. Because it’s probably something that a lot of new moms need, and again, it’s something that we tend to forget about until we need it.

changing from C to F
I only had this for a few months and already it doesn’t work properly. It won’t change from C to F even though I never changed to C in the first place. Very frustrating to say the least. Wish I could return it it but it’s too late.

You get what you pay for…
I purchased two of these. One of them was seriously incorrect the first time I used it, read 106.4! I was not able to get it to read an actual temperature and had to throw it away. The second one seems to be okay so far and moderately accurate. This is not a quick-read thermometer and takes a long time to calibrate. Set up is easy, weight is good. Sometimes the button needs to be pressed multiple times or stops reading.
