Really fun puzzles–a little more challenging for toddlers/preschoolers
I purchased these wooden puzzles for my preschool-age boys that were looking for something new. I really love the puzzles; they’re really sturdy and seem to be really well made. I love the pictures and designs. They seem a little bit more challenging than what I had in mind though.The countries map puzzle is in the shape of the countries and is probably the easiest puzzle for my kids because of the shape of the continents and how big the country pieces are.The USA map puzzle is easy to match the shape of the states with the pictures underneath the puzzle pieces, except that the colors of the states don’t always match up, making it a little more challenging. With help, my boys can complete both of those puzzles.The solar system puzzle is the most challenging. The planets are their own pieces, but everything else around the planets are in odd shapes and are difficult to figure out where they go. The picture underneath the pieces aren’t very helpful in identifying where the pieces go. This particular puzzle seems more suitable for a 6-8 year old (to do on their own), but can still be done with a preschooler with lots of help.Regardless, I’m glad that I purchased these puzzles. My boys still enjoy them even though I can’t usually have them play with them on their own.

excellent choice the grandkids loved….very colorful and engaged their bright minds for some time!
Exceptional puzzles for two steps up from big floor puzzles and easy puzzles, to this which does take some thinking to figure out where these more oddly shaped pieces go for the Outer Space puzzle. Our 7 and 9 year old grandkids were up to the challenge and did them mostly themselves but grandma stayed handy to help as needed. The USA puzzle has a picture of each state the same shape as each puzzle piece. And the Countries puzzle as well, but there were a LOT of pieces to both of those so they also were engaging and enough of a challenge for the kids to do on their own. The 9 yr old is autistic and this has been his first year for staying engaged with anything other than trains as trains have taken the central focus of his life up till now and still has a strong hold on his attentions. (Actually, I wish we could find an affordable train puzzle of this caliber!)

Educational and super fun
My son and I love this as its educational and entertaining. Fav toys for sure. Love that its a set so he learns diff things. He learned all if it super fast. Only thing and maybe because he was rough with it, the back parts wood….started to split n break off. But he did play with it a lot each day and stepped on it. Otherwise would recommend for sure and would get it again.

Puzzles Inaccuracies
These are cute and they’re great for kids to get to know the states, continents, and solar system through fun. However, i did not appreciate the inaccuracy of the continents. The sizing of Asia and North America compared to South America and Africa was completely inaccurate. We will not be using this one as much because I do not want my children to be misled about the true geography of our shared planet. I found that to be inappropriate.
