Perfect Play Mat If You Don’t Have Carpet
I was hesitant to spend $150 on a play mat, but this one is honestly worth it. It’s perfect if you don’t have carpet because it adds a really soft, cushioned space for things like floor play or tummy time, and it honestly works great as a rug too.The mat is thick, comfortable to sit or lay on, and the color was exactly what I was looking for. It blends into the living room nicely instead of looking like a typical kids’ play mat.I ordered the 79×118 size and it fits our living room perfectly. It also came out of the box and laid completely flat right away, which was a huge plus.Another thing I really like is that it’s vacuum friendly, so it’s easy to keep clean and maintain.Overall this mat is a great option if you want something soft, functional, and nice looking for your space.

UPDATE: Still a Lifesaver!Now that our little one is officially on the move—rolling, sitting up, and even attempting to crawl—this mat has become even more essential.She’s at that stage where she occasionally topples over or bumps her head, but the foam is thick enough to provide a serious cushion. It has spared us from so many potential bruises and “bumps.” It’s a huge relief knowing she has a safe, soft space to practice her new skills!We originally had a different rug for our baby, but it was so thin that we knew we needed an upgrade. After searching around, we came across this play mat—and we’re so glad we did. Setup couldn’t be easier: unpack, lay it out, and it’s ready to use. Truly as simple as 1-2-3.What we love most is the size. It’s incredibly spacious, giving my baby plenty of room to roll from one end to the other without feeling restricted. The thickness and softness are also a game-changer. It provides great cushioning for the baby, and it’s surprisingly comfortable for parents and caregivers too. No more numb bottoms during playtime!We fell in love with it right away.One small concern we noticed was the label stating “do not use in cribs, beds, carriages, or playpens.” It was a bit confusing because the product photos on their website show babies crawling and playing on it. Thick & plush for babies/ toddlers GREAT in camping tent. Wrinkles/creases come out over 3 days.
It comes squished down into a tight bundle. When you unwrap it they. give instructions for steaming to make it flat – but we just laid it on the floor and after 3 days it looked flat and smooth and all the wrinkles and creases were gone. the baby LOVED it! Lays down – put the face against the soft material – a nice thick foam for cushioning when she falls over and hits her head there are no tears – I fell asleep on it…- :). This would be a great asset for camping – like a mat to put inside the tent under sleeping bags for an extra layer of cushion and warmth. I love it – would buy again. the size is perfect – the thickness is impressive and better than expected. the no slip backing is appreciated and washable with a damp rag. I haven’t washed it yet – just wiped it down with a damp rage and put it in the sun. The vacuum cleans it nice on the wood floor setting – NOT the carpet setting.

Optimal comfort to support baby’s development!
Huge fan of this play mat!! Within one week of putting it down, my 5-month-old was rolling smoothly in both directions and learning how to pivot on the floor. He barely tolerated floor time, including tummy time, before, but this mat is so plush, thick and soft, that he seems much more comfortable now. It is easy to clean and the color looks just like the photo. I will say that 50×50 is smaller than it seemed in my head, so consider double-checking the measurements if the size really matters to you, but the fit is great for our small space.

Soft and easy to store
Decent thickness, all lines went away after like four days. Good size fits baby with plenty of space keeping them safe on the soft surface. I tend to fold it and store it that way have not had any issues with the foldability of the product. The materials is very soft and comfortable.

Cushion could be better
Very big and soft but the cushion could be better. Feels like it’s not as thick as it once was and it’s been about a month. But for the price and size it’s great for our play area on hardwood floor.

I read a review that says the carpet is easy to wash and the pictures seem to show that the too layer can be taken off. Neither are true. I will need to purchase a machine to clean it or send it to the carpet cleaners.The thickness absorbs some impact for the baby when she falls backwards but not completely. Baby will still feel some pain.The carpet is soft and my baby likes it.If I have a way to clean the carpet easily I would have given this 5 stars.

Awesome mat. Colour is nice. Smells funny but I’m going to air it out and hope it goes away. Unfolded great from the vacuum seal. Was a little bigger than measurements say. Doesn’t fit into the play area I measured it for but I still kept it. It just slides up one of the sides.
