Works great for postpartum!
Amazing product. Easy to activate and use in panties for comfort. stays cool for around 10-15minutes. No bursting or dripping.

Must have for postpartum care. These are amazing when healing postpartum and have helped so much. The hospital gives you these same ones at the hospital but having an extra supply at home helps so much. This has helped to speed up recovery and make functioning easier during postpartum. Great to buy yourself or the new mom in your life.

Great for postpartum
I got these for my postpartum journey. They are huge pads and provide comfort in all areas down there. I have only had a few problems regarding durability and I was unable to use a couple of them because I “popped” them wrong. It provided adequate pain relief, but you had to replace them quite often because they will become warm fast.

amazing for postpartum recovery- these were the same kind they gave me in the hospital. they might not have the witch hazel like the fridamom ones but they stay colder longer for sure

These postpartum ice packs are the absolute best postpartum product, hands down. With my first baby, I had a few of these given to me immediately after birth but after that I used the Lansinoh reusable ice packs. I can tell you, the reusable ones are not worth it. You have to buy disposable covers for them and they definitely don’t stay cold longer than these do. These ice packs you just crack, put in your postpartum pad for immediate amazing relief. I used them exclusively with my second baby.

Nice Short Term Relief Option
These ice packs are super helpful after giving birth. I had multiple 3rd degree tears and have been in a lot of pain, these ice packs give me a little bit of time where there is some relief with the added benefit of the cold helping with the swelling. They are much easier to pop than the ones the hospital had provided me, though they don’t seem to get quite as cold. They are large and bulky, which makes them very awkward to wear because its hard to walk and sit in them, but they do absorb a decent amount of fluid and keeps it pretty contained. The downside is that they don’t stay cold very long and after the cold has worn off, you are left with a large warm bag of water in your pants…which is strange and uncomfortable. When you get them it seems like a lot, but I went through my entire box in about three days because I put on a new one every couple hours, day and night. They are also very convinent because you just pop the balloon inside and shake and the reaction inside makes it cold, meaning you can keep them in the bathroom and don’t have to run to the freezer to retrieve them. I would recommend this product to anyone who is concerned with the pain they will be dealing with after birth and will definently order them again if I ever have another baby. I might just order two boxes this time instead of the one so they will last a little longer.

i got this one in the hospital when i had a baby when i came home i used up the few extra ones that they provided me and i really wanted the same one because i liked this one so i checked here on amazon and it was here to buy for a very resonable price and it works amazing and it is also comfortable i would reccomend this t o anyone that got stitches after there baby to buy this one it is comfortable and works really well its just a squeeze and it pops and gets cold it works very good
