Seems nice
I wasn’t particularly sore down there after giving birth to my 4th child so I can’t speak to using this spray after a tear or other more severe perineal trauma, but it felt soothing still after using the restroom. I now use it on my baby’s bottom at changes. I think I’d order it again if I end up having another baby.

Really enjoyed this and it made postpartum care more tolerable. It has a nice cooling sensation. It is about the amount anyone would need. I really only needed about half of the bottle for a really easy labor and delivery.

Smells Fresh
This little bottle of spray is handy to keep in your bathroom, but not for travel since it’s made of glass. I am usually not a fan of witch hazel but this product is nice and mild and leaves a clean, fresh scent behind. I think you could use this as a whole-body fragrance if you wanted to as well, although it could be a little bit drying. I’ve used it several times and I enjoy it.

Trusted, organic ingredients – distilled water, witch hazel, organic lavender oil, organic geranium oil, organic frankincense oil. Spray application is touch-free and convenient, but it can be a bit awkward to spray once the level in the bottle is down a bit, as you have to have it more upright to spray. It’s worth it, though – this stuff soothes so well and gives a nice, cooling effect. Great to pack into a postpartum gift basket for a new mama! (Even if she has a C-section, she can use it for hemorrhoids!)
