Trust me! This is a huge help after delivering
I bought this multiple times for post partum recovery and I recommend it to every mom! This is so soothing and easy to use! It stops discomfort immediately. I also love that you can throw it in a bag and still take care of recovering when you are out and about. No one wants to bring a bunch of recovery stuff with them when running errands after delivering. This is all you need!

Refreshing must-have after birth 🤱
This is a must-have for after birth! I bought it before my first birth, but ended up having a csection and didn’t use it. However, when my baby got bad diaper rash I started spraying this on her butt, along with adding diaper rash cream. It helped to clear it up and helped with the pain/burning of the rash. With my 2nd pregnancy, I got hemorrhoids (which I didn’t even know what it was?!) and it helped with the itching and took down the vein swelling to help them go away. After this natural birth (VBAC), I used it once all the cooling pads were used up. When you spray, it’s nice and cooling – don’t spray too much or it will drip. I kind of have to hover and spray but the newer bottles spray at any angle (unlike my first bottle) and that’s so helpful when you can’t move bc your butt is sore. I love the ingredients and how it’s all natural. The smell is so refreshing with cucumber 🥒 and lavender and peppermint. My hemorrhoids lasted after I needed this for my sore and torn vagina so I kept using it until they went away. The Tucks pads are recommended for hemorrhoids but they are just witch hazel and since this has witch hazel as a main ingredient I used it instead and think it worked better! I used about a bottles worth over the course of 6-ish weeks healing and will keep some on hand for the next round of diaper rashes to come. I wouldn’t say there is instant relief – it is cooling but not an intense cool, but the ingredients definitely help your body to heal naturally over time (so there isn’t quite as much instant or immediate pain relief as you might like). I never tried putting it in the freezer like they recommend but I definitely think that would intensify the cooling and relief.

I could not live without this stuff after having my babies. I’ve use it with both my boys and i love that its clean and works fast! I didnt have any sting, though it doesnt last as long as some other products, but i felt way better about the ingredients in this so it totally cancelled out for me. The smell is gentle/minimal which helped during recovery u didn’t feel stinky or dirty, but it helped with numbing and still feeling clean when your body is working so hard to recover!Its a great gift for any mamas who are close to delivery too!!

Feels good but I’m not sure about the healing effect…
I had a second degree tear after my vaginal delivery and it was painful even when I sneezed; it felt like the stitches will burst out every time I put pressure anywhere on my body. Every time I urinated, I felt the burning sensation and I dreaded going to the bathroom. As a result, I searched for any and every pain-relieving remedies and decided to get Earth Mama postpartum package (Herbal Perineal Spray, Herbal Sitz Bath, Perineal Balm).I don’t think the Herbal Sitz Bath had any significant healing or pain-relieving effect; just doing the hot sitz bath for 10 minutes twice a day generally helped. There was no difference when I put Herbal Sitz Bath or not. As for Herbal Perineal Spray, I did enjoy the nice refreshing cucumber scent and the cooling sensation on the area I sprayed, but again, I don’t think there was any significant healing or pain relieving effect. It was better than Herbal Sitz Bath in a sense that it lifted my mood up, however, I wouldn’t spend $10 on it when it doesn’t serve its purpose. I did like the Perineal Balm and this is the only item I will purchase again for my future hospital bag or my pregnant friends – it contains peppermint oil that gives immediate cooling sensation that definitely relieved my pain. $11 was well spent, especially given that one container probably lasts for two months which is enough time for the wounds to heal.In conclusion, I tried so many different remedies for my second degree tear snitches and general postpartum pain – the Earth Mama postpartum package, witch hazel pads, hospital kit (Dermoplast pain relieving spray, Tronlane anesthetic cream, Dibucaine ointment 1% topical analgesic, Hydrocortisone cream 1% anti-itch cream, cold packs, peri bottle, etc.). The only three things I’ll recommend for postpartum are: Earth Mama Perineal Balm, sitz bath and peri bottle.
