Keeps your house odor-free, no matter what you put in it
We are expecting a ten-day visit from relatives who have a nine-month-old baby. After a week-long visit several months ago, we discovered that they think nothing of tossing well-used diapers in the bathroom or kitchen wastebasket (despite repeated suggestions and requests to take them out to the driveway trash can). My husband has an extremely sensitive nose, and I knew we needed a solution to cope with this particular aspect of their visit. I ordered the Grownsy Baby Diaper Pail, hoping it would help.To test it, I placed the pail on the back porch and lined it with one of my bathroom trash bags. Each day, when I cleaned the yard after our two dogs, I put their downloads in a paper bag and transferred it to the diaper pail It was so easy to lift the handle, drop the bag into the recessed cavity, and lower the handle. The bag dropped securely into the waiting plastic bag, and there was no odor after several days of poop-picking. The only time I could smell anything was when I unlatched and opened the can to see how much room was left.I knew that if there were any odor, that my husband would notice, so I tested aroma control by placing the diaper pail behind his chair where he watches television. He had no idea, and didn’t complain at all (and, trust me, he would have if he had smelled anything). Since the dogs are more odiferous than the baby, I was quite pleased with the outcome. The pail is small enough to fit in a corner of the room but large enough to hold numerous diapers (or doggie bags).For the upcoming visit, I’ll put the diaper pail in their room and require that all diapers be placed inside. It is an excellent value for what it does. If a toddler (or a beagle) knocks it over, the latch will keep the lid securely in place. A kitchen wipe cleans the surface easily. It is small enough to fit in a corner and the capacity will hold several days worth of diaper changes.We love our family, and I’m happy that we can enjoy their company this time without continually finding used diapers in various trash repositories.

Small and plastic, but easy to operate
I really wanted to love this. I didn’t realize it was so short. It’s shorter than my Ubbi and I feel like that one feels up quick: so this would maybe be a day, idk depending on how many diapers you change. I do like the look of it. Very minimal and sleek. Easy to use. The handle pulls up to open the top, and you put the diaper in. Pull the handle down and the hole closes and the diaper drops to the bottom. Simple and easy. I can’t speak to odor control just yet, but once the baby is here I can update. Seems pretty sturdy, has a little kickstand like feature on the bottom that keeps it from falling over while you’re using it. Overall I do really like it, I think the price is a little high for how small it is, and it’s all a thick plastic material. I could see this price if it was stainless steel. Overall 3.5/5

Odor Locking with No Special Bags!
I’ve gone through a few diaper pails at this point, and odor control is always the thing that either makes or breaks it for me. This one actually does a solid job keeping smells contained.
