Sound is trash!
The sound sucks! You can barely hear the baby! I have it set to turn on when the baby makes noise and it doesn’t display! I am beyond frustrated as now I need to find the box as I want to return this trash product and I need something safe for my baby while she naps!

Has long range signal!
I bought a non name brand camera and it wouldn’t even keep a signal down the hall. I have had the vtech non video camera and it had a long range signal so I should have just got vtech video monitor to begin with. I have a 4,000 square ft house and it works upstairs and downstairs without signal issues. Works great!

Reliable monitor
I bought this because we have a wifi only camera monitor and it either drops connection or freezes probably 60% of nights. I love that this monitor doesn’t have wifi so it won’t drop. I also really like having the parent station instead of using my phone as the monitor.Pros: great battery life, sensitive cry detection, good range, good size screenCons: the screen is really bright overnight so viewing can be a bit painful (the screen can go to sleep and it will come on with cry detection), the zoom is a bit aggressive so we had to get creative with where to put itThis isn’t the fanciest video monitor, but that’s exactly why I wanted it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the aggressively bright screen- even at the lowest brightness. Overall I’m very happy, though.
