Two sets of hooks in back create snug fit on various models
I almost returned this cover because the elasticized bottom kept popping off the foot rest. Then I discovered there are two elastic straps at the bottom, with hooks attached. You put them around the back of the stroller and hook them together and then the elasticized bottom fits snuggly to the footrest. I tried the cover on three strollers. I achieved a perfect fit at the bottom with the Graco Ready2Jet and the baby jogger city mini GT3. For the baby jogger city mini GT2, I had to tie the two elastic straps together in a single knot behind the stroller before hooking them, and then achieved a snug fit. I think this is because the GT2 is 1.5 inches taller and therefore tapers to a more narrow foot rest. There’s another set of elastic straps with hooks that go around the top middle back of the stroller. I like the two air vents on the sides – they are covered with flaps which stay open with Velcro. Also, I like the rigid front piece because I think it prevents the child from feeling closed in, especially because it can be zipped open. The part that covers the handlebar has a piece that can be used as a pocket to hold things if you keep it hanging down Vertically, or you can put it horizontally over the handlebar to keep your hands dry while pushing the stroller. With each of the three strollers, I found that the easiest way to put it on, was to start with the elasticized part that goes around the handle bar and then bring it down over the stroller from there. On the ready2jet, the cover fit perfectly with the canopy fully extended. On each of the baby jogger models, I could only extend the canopy about 3/4 of the way, but did achieve a perfect fit. I’m very glad that I kept fiddling with this cover until I figured it out! All three of these models of strollers have extra tall seatbacks, so I imagine a good fit will be even easier to achieve on standard height strollers.

Solid choice
Worked really wel protected the child well. I would give a 5star rating if the back was longer to cover the underneath storage and some sort of travel bag would be helpful
