Great quality!
TLDR: Great build, solid, smooth, super durable, easy to stack, nice wood clacking sounds, great quality and weight, a little pricey but decent value. No buttons. The pieces are easy for small hands to grasp, and the combination of wooden blocks and silicone parts adds just enough variety to keep things interesting. Stacking the blocks onto the train cars helps with coordination and problem-solving, and my child naturally gravitated toward pulling pieces on and off while exploring the different textures. What I like most is how sturdy and thoughtfully designed it feels. The wooden parts are smooth and well-finished, and the silicone pieces are soft enough to feel safe for teething-age babies. It holds up well to regular play and doesn’t feel flimsy or overly lightweight. It’s a simple, engaging toy that encourages hands-on play and development without flashing lights or noise.Great stacking train toy

So cute! Good for teething babes
This stacking train is absolutely adorable and my baby loves it! The wooden pieces are high quality and feel so nice compared to all the plastic toys we have. The mix of silicone and wooden blocks gives different textures for little hands to explore. My 10 month old is obsessed with stacking and unstacking the pieces. The train design makes it so much more fun than regular stacking toys. The colors are bright and cheerful without being overwhelming. I love that it’s from Fisher-Price because I trust the brand for baby toys. The pieces are the perfect size for tiny hands to grab and manipulate. It’s great for developing fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. My little one also enjoys just rolling the train base around the floor. The silicone pieces are soft and perfect for teething babies. My son chews on them constantly and they hold up really well. Everything fits together smoothly and the blocks stack easily. This toy gets played with every single day in our house. It’s become a favorite for independent play time. I’m so happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to other parents. Such a cute and engaging toy that will grow with your child!

Quality toy
I love a good wooden toy that doesn’t make noise. So many baby and toddler toys make constant music, sounds, and noise now, leaving less and less imagination required. This wooden and silicone train is a perfect imagination toy, without the overstimulation (for both baby and mom!) of noises and lights. It’s simple and doesn’t require batteries. It’s a real high quality item, made from smooth wood. It has sanded, rounded edges to prevent injury. I love the silicone pieces. They are soft, squishy, too large to swallow, and are tactile. They are interchangeable, so baby can put them on any section or match the colors. The colors are muted, but not quite pastel, shades of primary and secondary colors — easy on the eyes without being garish but still being pleasant to look at. The wheels on the train turn easily for moving along the ground. This toy train from Fisher Price is a wonderful gift for an expecting whether her first baby or third, with all the quality you’ve come to expect from the brand.

Favorite Toy, Not so Favorite Paint Flavor
Don’t get me wrong, son absolutely is bonkers about this toy. But because it’s his favorite, and he’s 11 months old, it goes in his mouth. Unfortunately less than a week passed and the paint is chipping on corners, causing swelling in the wood underneath. This is going to sit high on the shelf while navigating customer support page when I have time.

Cute in theory
My kid loved this so I can’t complain too much but it personally is not my favorite toy as a parent. I hate having to constantly sanitize the multiple silicone teething bits and the blocks seem to always get scattered throughout the living room so it isn’t super fun having to find all the pieces during clean-up. Then again I guess the tradeoff of seeing my child happy is worth the effort so I can’t be too mad.

Great quality toy that toddlers will love.
This is a great high quality and very cute toy for your toddler to learn stacking skills, organization skills, and motor skills. All the parts are safe for young children, and they can play with it and have fun doing it.I especially like that the wheels are soft silicone so that they don’t scratch or damage my hardwood floors. The train itself rolls nice and smoothly. There are no pieces that are small enough to have your child choke on, although they will probably put some of the pieces in their mouth, which makes the use of non-toxic paint a big plus. This train will provide a lot of learning fun for your toddler and maybe older children. It’s a great quality toy that should last a long time and can even be passed down to little brothers or sisters. The pricing is good for a toy of this quality and from a trusted brand.

Another Excellent Fischer Price Toy!
When our grandson visits who is 12 months old, the first toy he removes from the toybox is this Fischer Price train. He simply loves it! All of the surfaces are super smooth and safe for those mouthy guys who must put every toy in their mouth. All of the pieces are large enough that we do not have to worry about him getting into a choking situation. The toy has tremendous play value. The children can imagine a make believe railroad or simply stack and restack all of the blocks and objects that come with the train. The train is a really good size at 13 inches. It is essentially two pieces that the child can easily couple or uncouple. In my opinion this toy gives the child an educational experience while they have hours of fun.
