Not blackout or even room darkening.It is super cute and the colors pop soft to the touch, they seem to be durable. If I wanted curtains/drapes that let light in it would be five stars, but I paid for blackout and they are definitely not black out.

They’re nice quality and the print is cute but there is a couple things off about them… They came with grommets rather than the pocket on the top as advertised. Also, the “white” colour on this drape is more of a blue grey colour.
