Our disposable perineal ice packs are designed to deliver fast, soothing comfort when postpartum soreness and swelling peak. With a quick activation, they provide mess-free cooling exactly where you need it most.
To use, simply keep the wrapper sealed and fold the pack in half until the inner bubble pops—this starts the cooling reaction. Give the unopened pack a quick 10–15 second shake to evenly mix the contents.
Once activated, remove the pack from its wrapper, peel off the paper strip to reveal the adhesive, and place it securely in your underwear with the sticky side facing down. Each pack offers targeted, hands-free relief that stays comfortably in place.
Pro Tip: For best results, use each pack for 20 minutes at a time, up to 4–6 times per day, or whenever you need soothing postpartum comfort.

I love everything that comes in the pack. I went and crunched some numbers and even if I were to coupon I wouldn’t be able to get everything for that dollar value. However that’s with the gown. I really wanted one so it was sorta important to me. I only gave a 4 star because upon opening the gown had a funky smell to it. I washed it and it still had the same funky smell. Also use caution unsnapping buttons very cheap made and easy to break.

The reason this box is receiving 3 stars is because of the poor quality of the gown provided in the box. 1- the material is not sturdy enough for the snaps. When I tried to undo the snaps, the material started to pull away from around the snaps. 2- it says one size fits all, but I wear a medium in most clothes, and this was literally falling off the shoulders. The second reason this box is receiving 3 stars is the quality of the peri bottle. Yes it’s great if you’re in the shower because it’s angled, however, because the spout drops down, water leaks out from around where the spout connects to the bottle. Everything else in the box was good, but considering the quality of the gown and peri bottle, I would say this box is overpriced. I considered this versus the Fridamom box, and I wish now I would have paid for the more expensive box by Fridamom. Also, the instructions on the packaging of some of the items makes it clear that they were produced by people/a company that’s primary language is other than English.

I’m 8 weeks postpartum and still using items from the Mom Frida Postpartum Kit — that’s how useful it’s been!
