It includes so many useful essentials in one package, which makes recovery feel a little more manageable and organized during a busy time. Postpartum necessities
This kit is thoughtfully curated with essential items that any pregnant woman might need during their hospital stay and recovery. Items like disposable underwear, a peri bottle, a nicely designed belly band (with 3 individual straps), body wipes, scar patches, non-slip socks, and a toiletry bag are included in the C-Section Recovery Must-Have Kit – all very useful for postpartum care. The kit makes a great baby shower gift or maternity gift without breaking the bank, because buying all of these items separately could likely could cost a lot more. I plan to gift this to my sister along with a pregnancy pillow. I considered giving her a gift card, but I think this kit will make her feel truly cared for.CONS: The quality of the some of the items could be improved. The belly band has a strong odor (possibly from the materials used), so I will need to air it out and wash it before adding it to my sister’s basket. I also wish the underwear were softer and more gentle on the skin. Lastly, the toiletry bag is too small to fit all the kit items comfortably. The last thing you want, as a new mom, is a toiletry bag that is hard to open and close.

Perfect starter kit. This should supplement what the hospitals give you and cover everything you need for when you come home. Everything in this kit has a function and fits well.

PERFECT GIFT NO MATTER THE DELIVERY STYLE!
I got this for my sister as soon as her due date was near. We didn’t know what type of delivery she was going to have but we wanted to be prepared just in case. I had seen a few things being recommended to have so I got this when I saw several items as part of the bundle. This is perfect for any expecting moms. She ended up having a natural delivery but everything was still put to good use. The best thing was honestly the peri bottle. It’s great to use when the mom was cut or ripped during delivery. She was using that often and she thinks it was the best purchase in her entire pregnancy. Grippy socks are always a hit and she used them. If anything, she wishes more came with it. The material of the socks and the underwear was comfortable. The little bag was really great because even after she opened it, she was able to carry her items around when she would go on her appointments (we know how many pads we need those first few days of a post-pregnancy period). I’m glad she was able to use it and I know other mothers would be able to have great experiences with it as well. It was easy to use and served its purpose well.

Super product!First, I want to say, don’t pass this by because you think it’s strictly for c-sections. This bag is filled with quality products for all moms-to-be.My daughter is due soon and is scheduled for a c-section. I thought this would be the perfect addition for her hospital bag. The items are all high quality; I wish they had something similar 27 years ago when I delivered her!The socks are nice, and more flattering than what the hospital offers. The no-shower wipes are a game-changer for any new mom that is experiencing the challenges, including showers, a new baby brings. The underwear…seriously. If you’ve ever had a baby, I know you remember the white wide mesh briefs they give you in the hospital. These are similar, but waaaaaaaaaay better material and dare I say, flattering. I mean, sure, they are still giant briefs, but better material, higher-quality and I promise, those two small things will make a difference in how you feel.There are some scar patches, but I can’t speak to their effectiveness because we are awaiting a delivery. There is also a band for your waist, which, I did have one similar with my youngest son. C-section or not, that helped me feel so much more comfortable post delivery. I was huge with each pregnancy and had massive babies, so I had a lot of extra belly poof post delivery. My waist band holder-inner made me feel better, held in my loose skin, and didn’t feel like all my organs were sloshing around on my insides.The whole pack is well-made, thoughtfully curated, and is a great addition for your hospital stay and for the first days (longer with band for waist) after going home. It’s a good value and a fun/practical gift for your expectant loved ones!*since this is a gift, I didn’t open sealed plastic bits, but will note, if needed, for updates. It’s a great inclusive set, though. Loved, too, the neutral coloring. Very impressed.
