This is a great product. The mixture is very soothing and cooling and supported my healing but u had to get creative with how to apply because the spray part of the bottle kept on getting stuck and definitely did not spray while held down as it says it can on the label.

Good natural witch hazel spray for IBS sufferers to keep in bathroom
I have IBS and often turn to products with witch hazel for their benefits. I wanted to try something like this especially as I have an upcoming colonoscopy prep. For now I’m keeping it in my bathroom and it helps with discomfort.I think the ingredients are really natural and I appreciated that. It did have a good cooling effect. However as the other reviewer said if you’re in a lot of pain it certainly doesn’t numb it. But the cooling effect and mild scent are OK. The scent is a bit off but not unpleasant.I knew this going in but the branding kind of made me feel excluded as someone with IBS. Not sure why this had to be marketed to moms to the extent that it is, and wish they’d make it more neutral.
