⭐The most gorgeous playhouse EVER⭐
I saw all the reviews for this little house and decided to buy it for my infant daughters room and take it to the next level.The little basic faucet it comes with is cute and all but not good enough for what I envisioned. I bought a whole new wooden kitchen and fully stocked it with play food, pots and pans and of course appliances. I put some LED motion lights for lighting, an RGB strip for fun and a rug for comfort. I also added plexiglass to the back window so that toy food could be cut on the counter and not fly out of the house. And of course every kitchen needs a landline phone (yes it’s a working toddler toy phone).This was a huge project to take on. The building and painting is no joke, but WOW did it turn out gorgeous. I do have one complaint though; the bottom half of the door has a hinge with springs that will force the door shut. I suppose that’s OK if you’re using the house outdoors, otherwise it would open with the wind but my toddler smashed his fingers because of it. I did however call customer service and they immediately sent me regular hinges without a spring at no cost, so I am thankful for that.My toddler plays in this house almost everyday and has so much fun. It’s big enough for me to get in and stand up (I’m 5′ 2″). It’s probably the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon. I really like that it’s all wood because it means you can screw on things wherever you want and be creative. However, the smell of the cedar wood was extremely potent and because it was built indoors, it took a while to air out but the paint also helped tone it down. It is extremely sturdy and because of the rug, easy to push and pull around.All in all I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. This little house brings immense joy because of its aesthetic. It was an expensive project but worth the delight in my childrens’ eyes for years to come.

Great house for young kids, but don’t rush assembling
Extremely cute finished product. 3 year old daughter loves it, plenty of room for a friend or two inside the house.Took about 5 hours with a power drill to fully assemble. Definitely need at least one other adult around to hold a few pieces, and probably need two extra adults to line up the roof pieces for drilling. Many holes are not premarked/predrilled, so you have to be precise in your measurements and don’t rush through the process. We aren’t exactly “handy,” but no major issues assembling it.We didn’t have any problems with the packaging like others complained, came in great condition, and while we were missing one minor piece, company sent it to us free of charge two days after we called. That said, you must do an inventory days in advance of when you want to assemble it, and within 30 days of purchase.The mailbox seems pretty flimsy, and it doesn’t attach well to the fence. However, honestly the rest of the house seems very well designed and built. I can see that if you have extremely rough children manhandling certain things (fence, door, etc.) then the house won’t hold up well, but both of us commented that it is good quality for the price and we anticipate many years of use.

Great Customer Service
Leaving a review because of the customer service from the company. I’m a normal person not a robot.Have had this about a year and yesterday the door broke. Called Backyard Discovery and there were basically no questions asked. They said everything comes with a 5 year warranty. New door is in the mail. Feel like that never happens anymore. Would order from them again just for this.The house is super cute. Have had it a year and finally getting around to painting it.

Very cheaply made…
Quite a terrible product and cheaply made. First, UPS didn’t deliver the box in good condition, it was all jacked up. As I opened it, I quickly realized that the material wasn’t packed in a way that could protect it when shipped. Regardless, I attempted to pull it out and see if I it would be an easy enough salvage, and most of the material had already broken apart or come undone. The wood is pretty cheap, but their method of holding the piece together was via staples and very little glue. So even if delivered in perfect condition, there is no way the preassembled panels would stay together… especially long term. Call Amazon and they were great, refunded me and offered to come pick this up. But this was a terrible purchase and caused a lot of headache from simply unpacking it. Didn’t even get to attempt to assemble because it was completely falling apart as I unpacked it.An extra note, I called the manufacturer before calling Amazon to address the problem, and gave them an opportunity to fix the problem. Ie, can y’all just bring out a new set and build it for me. They refused and the best they could offer was to send “replacement parts”… pretty much the entire product was damaged, so I said “well, I need the entire thing replaced. They said I would have to take pictures of everything and request each part piece by piece, showing pictures of everything and wait for them to make a decision on it all. It was so cheaply made, I just decided to return it. Some things in life are just not worth your time or energy. This one was of them ….

Good and Not So Good
The product manufacturer has done an excellent job of designing the playhouse so it is easy to assemble and provide children with interesting and imaginative additions (mail box, bell, curtains, plastic food, knife, stove). You will need someone to help you with installing the roof and I suggest you use a power drill to install the screws. I bought the playhouse for my grand daughter with the idea of it lasting outdoors 5-6 years. While I think it will last that long I believe it needs some added work to maintain its longevity and attractiveness. First of all, the wood is very soft and will not hold up well in hot, cold, rainy weather. I have put on three layers of varnish to protect the outside walls and roof. Also, there are a number of spots that were not properly stained and or sanded so I did some minor fixes. There is no floor so I bought a square piece of plywood from Home Depot to act as a base. I also bought a made to fit small carpet.

This has made us all happy!! My 3.5 year old loves loves spending so much time inside this little wonder house. It brings so much joy to us!! 💜😍 It seems quite sturdy. But took almost 6-7 hours to put together by my husband and brother. We have added a garden deck floor to it and that makes it a perfect little house! Highly recommended..!!!! 😇😊

Unsere Tochter hat dieses Haus zum 1. Geburtstag bekommen und sie liebt es! Sie spielt dort jeden Tag mit dem Obst, Gemüse und dem Briefkasten. Auch bei anderen Kindern ist das Haus der Hit. Ganz viel tolle Details. Wir haben einige Teile gestrichen. Wir sind sehr froh darüber, dieses Haus gekauft zu haben.

Das Häuschen besteht aus vielen Einzelteilen. Jedoch ist die Teilekennzeichnung und die Montageanleitung affensicher – obwohl in englisch. Qualitativ gut verarbeitet. Gegenüber anderen vergleichbaren Produkten ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
