This is a great product. My granddaughter loves it! The company that sells it through Amazon handles the issues properly and to the satisfaction of its clients. At first, I got a tricycle that was damaged. I contacted Amazon and they didn’t want to take care of it because it had been over a month. However, I requested the information of the seller, and the seller representative, PRINCESS, actually told me to send it back and they would send a new one. That’s exactly what happened! I am very thankful to Princess and the company for sending another tricycle and making my granddaughter very happy,

Do yourself a favor and don’t spend the money on this. It will break in like two days. Remember that it is also very very hard to navigate this product, it’s hard to turn.The wheels will bust on even a very very smooth road.

Pros:1. easy to assemble.2. Looks great & with adequate storage3. Smooth ride4. My baby hates her stroller but will ride this trike all day 💖Cons:1. Bulky difficult to transport via car. I have to disassemble sun visor and bars to fit into my Range Rover…2. Steering… very clumsy and difficult to maneuver
