THE BEST TO KEEP DIAPER RASH AWAY
We absolutely love this diaper cream. Our baby is now 10 weeks old, and we have not experienced a single diaper rash since using it from birth. It has been incredibly effective, and we wouldn’t consider switching to anything else. We’re planning to try the yellow version during the day and the red one at night to maintain the same great results.I originally chose this product based on my experience working at a daycare. One child had a severe diaper rash, and after her mother brought in this cream, there was a noticeable improvement after just two applications. That left a strong impression on me.It also has a pleasant, light scent, which is a nice bonus—especially compared to other creams that can have a stronger or less appealing smell. Not Fishy like desitin.Overall, an excellent product that I highly recommend.

Great Cream — But Definitely Use a Butt Spatula
This is a big tub of maximum‑strength Butt Paste, and it works exactly the way it should. Thick, effective, and great for clearing up irritation fast. Because it’s such a dense ointment, I’d definitely recommend using a butt spatula with it. It keeps things cleaner, spreads the cream more evenly, and saves you from trying to wash this stuff off your hands afterward.If you’re already using a spatula for diaper cream, this size makes perfect sense. If not, now’s the time to get one.

Powerful Relief, Just a Bit Thick
Works Great, Just a Bit ThickBoudreaux’s Butt Paste Max Strength does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It works quickly to soothe and protect against diaper rash, and you can tell it creates a strong barrier that actually lasts.The only downside is the consistency—it’s pretty thick, which can make it a little harder to spread compared to lighter creams. Not a huge issue, but noticeable during application.Overall, it’s a reliable product that gets the job done well. Definitely recommend for tough cases.

Great but sometimes oily
This helped my baby so much when he had a bad diaper rash! We use it nearly every day now and still have over half the tub left. It does sometimes seem to almost separate? Sometimes the cream will feel very oily and not want to stick to the skin well, but we usually wipe it on his diaper and rescoop and it works fine

It is definitely a little pricey but very little amount of paste is required, its been over 6 months and i still have almost full of the container. My baby is 6 months old and never had a rash all thanks to this butt paste.
