Great camera and Fantastic customer service.
First off, We have been using the Hello Baby camera since our first and as soon as we got pregnant with our 2nd, we purchased a second set of cameras and monitor. I really love that you can connect multiple cameras into a single monitor! The night vision works great and the Eco mode really helps us get some decent sleep at night ( Eco mode turns off the screen when the babies are quiet and only turns on when the babies start crying, depending on the sensitivity you put it) its very easy to control. Really recommend to any parents looking for a quality baby camera 📷 that won’t break the bank! 2nd, I really want to shout out the customer service team, I had a couple of hiccups when ordering my second camera but they came through very fast. I can tell the person I talked through the email sincerely cared for my situation and solved it very quickly. Just for the fact of how great the customer service team, I highly recommend this product. Hands down, one of the best experiences I have had with a customer service team. Fits all you parental needs for a baby monitor!
I can’t say enough good things about Hello Baby products. I own two of these baby monitors, and they are both great. This one is a 5″ screen and is perfect on its own, or I can use the camera with my 6″ screen as well to have two cameras linked to one monitor. The ability to have the screen off at night in VOX mode is great, it turns on if there is a noise detected. The images are crisp, and it works great in both low light and daylight.

This monitor is the best non-wifi monitor ever! So easy to use, set up or install on the wall!! Battery life is great, and night vision is a plus! The image is also very clear!

I have used HelloBaby monitor before and found them to be very reliable. when I saw that they released this newer model, I just had to get it. It has great connectivity, clear sound and awesome night vision. It really is a value for money.

When screen stops working/turning on, the fix is to unplug camera. Unplug screen, press reset button on screen behind kickstand. Great battery life
This is our second monitor as I dropped the last camera and broke it- the other was a different brand but a comparable style. I liked the last one a lot, but this one is actually better with a slightly larger screen with a clear picture, and a superior battery life- if I forget to plug it in before bed it doesn’t wake me up blaring beeps before he wakes up in the morning which is nice. I’m not sure how long it would take for it to actually run down all the way but I am happy with it for our use. I somewhat dislike that the volume control buttons are within the settings panel instead of quick-access but it is fairly easy to get used to. Also, the back button is the same as the mic button and I’m a bit worried when I am playing with the settings that I am broadcasting snippets of sound into his room. However, I doubt this is the case as he has never seemed disturbed from my messing with the monitor before. Overall, I am very satisfied with this monitor.

Happily Replaced my Vava 1080
I purchased a Vava monitor on clearance at Walmart during my pregnancy. After less than a year of use it stopped charging suddenly. It was just past their warranty because I had purchased the monitor several months before the baby was born. Vava offered a 10% discount on a new monitor (only monitor- no camera) that cost more than double of what this HelloBaby monitor cost.I purchased one HelloBaby monitor prior to this one and wasn’t satisfied with the comparison to the camera quality of the Vava. However, I didn’t give up and found this monitor. It’s just as clear as my Vava monitor was! It allows me to easily see breathing movements for a restful night of sleep.We currently most use the zoom feature and the night light feature. They are both great to have! It easily paired with our monitor stand that we already had in the room making for an easy replacement set up.The monitor recently began having charging issues. Customer service alone made it worth buying this monitor. They replied promptly by email and resolved the issue quickly by offering a replacement monitor.

Wonderful customer service
I would definitely recommend this monitor! It works great, I love that you can add multiple cameras, and the customer service from the company is fantastic! I had and issue with my changing cord and they were prompt to reply and quickly sent a replacement. I previously had a vtech monitor and was constantly having issues with it, I did not have the receipt because it was a gift from my baby shower, when I contacted customer service their only solution was for me to buy a new one, so they offered a small percentage of a coupon. Needless to say my customers service experience with hello baby was completely different and I would recommend their products simply based on that!
