Give kids an active outdoor adventure right in their own backyards. The KidKraft River Canyon Wooden Swing Set will have them going up, down and all-around all day. There are so many play areas to experience. The swing area not only offers up two belt swings, but it also has a glider built for two so kids can share the ride. Around the corner, discover the monkey bar extension that will take them up into the upstairs playhouse area. Inside this shaded area, kids can imagine it’s their own house and tend to their flowers in the planter and even practice their artistic skills on the vinyl chalkwall. Glide down the wavy slide to the ground and have a seat on one of the stools under the awning and pretend to be served a snack at the café table. Or, use the opening as a puppet stage to put on shows for friends and family. With its lighter shade of wood that’s treated to stand up to the weather, parents will love having the River Canyon Swing Set in the yard for years to come.

It’s a BIG project, but the payoff is worth it!
Typically I do not do reviews, but I thought it would be helpful if you’re about to pull the trigger on this playground.First, it is a very nice playground, looks good and the engineering is very well done. That being said, be prepared for A LOT of boards, screw, bolts. And by a lot, I mean a LOT. This will take you a full day to put together. I did 90% of it myself with a strong building and mechanical background and it still took 12 hours. You will need help putting the roof on and attaching the swing and monkey bar sections to the tree house.Highly recommend sorting all boards by size and have a big flat raised area to sort screws and do some assembly.Take your time, follow the directions closely and you’ll be fine. Just prepare yourself for a drawn out project and make sure you have a couple of battery screw guns charged up.Good luck and enjoy!

Received all the pieces, despite other reviews
We absolutely love this swing set! It took a couple of days, and guys to get it put together – but it was worth it! The kiddos have so much fun.

horrible customer service – had to return
ordered this for my son’s 3rd birthday. They only delivered 3/4 packages and told me that my only option was to return it and then order a new one. I had ordered it when it was on sale so in order to get it again, I would have had to pay $500 more. Both Amazon and KidKraft customer service dropped the ball on this.

It isn’t predrilled, it’s a lot to put together and you’ll need all hands on deck

Cute
It’s a very cute playhouse with swing-set and 3 monkey bars. So many pieces/screws, etc and took 2.5 days to put together. All 4 packages were delivered, thankfully!

Do not order
We received 3/4 of the packages and told to return. There is no option to get missing box from Kidcraft. Grandkids so disappointed.
