From a Tired But Grateful Mom
Okay, let me just say—these were a total lifesaver. I grabbed a box of the Lansinoh cooling pads after birth, thinking “eh, can’t hurt.” But wow. I didn’t realize how much I’d need that kind of instant soothing relief.They come pre-made, so no freezing witch hazel pads or DIY padcicles in the middle of newborn chaos (because who has time for that?). You just pop one in the fridge or use it straight from the box and boom—cool comfort for that very sore situation down there.The pad is soft, not bulky, and it actually stays put. Plus, it didn’t irritate my skin at all, which I was worried about because everything felt like it was on fire. I had a second-degree tear, and these helped way more than those little Tucks pads.Honestly, I kept a stash next to my peri bottle and mesh undies. 10/10 would recommend to any new mom. Treat yourself—you just birthed a human.

Really great for stitches
These are awesome for stitches, especially for when they get itchy. I found them to be too cold from the freezer, so I put them in the fridge. Soothes and doesn’t mess up the absorbency of the pad underneath it. Would buy again.

Work pretty well
I’ve tried these in the fridge and freezer. Fridge feels great, but it warms up very quickly. Freezer is a little too cold, probably should put a tissue or some kind of barrier between ice and skin. But the cold lasts longer. My doctor recommended these to help with swelling and healing after episiotomy. Overall, I think they are worth a try. Just test out if fridge or freezer feels better for you.

Great Relief for Postpartum Recovery
These postpartum cooling pads were such a big help after giving birth. The cooling sensation was really soothing and provided much-needed relief during the first few days.They’re easy to use and stay in place well, which made it easy to move around without discomfort. The size was just right—not too bulky but still provided enough coverage.Overall, they made a tough time a little easier. Definitely worth having on hand for postpartum care.

Worked fine but I wouldn’t freeze these as it personally was too cold for me. They were fine in the fridge. I preferred frida mom’s cooking pads as they were an actual pad in addition to the ice pack.

Not practical
I purchased these for postpartum use after I ran out of the ice packs provided by the hospital. These pads are way too wet. I put one on over a large hospital pad and it completely soaked through in less than 10 minutes. It was running down my legs! I tried putting one in the freezer and it was way too cold and unbearable. I thought for sure I was doing something wrong with this product and reread the directions. I trusted this brand for several postpartum products, but this one was a total bust.

Best Postpartum Padcicles out there!
These were a lifesaver in my postpartum period! I’ve seen all the hacks online to line your pads with witch hazel pads but these have the witch hazel already in them! so nice and time-saving! Great cooling and long-lasting cooling. Highly recommend these for your postpartum journey!

The best postpartum padsicles!
They are great for those first few days after birth when you are recovering. In the past, I have made my own but these were great and so much less hassle. They lasted a good while and give instant relief when applied directly from the fridge or freezer. I like the more natural ingredients and they were far more comfortable than the ones you get at the hospital. Would definitely recommend and buy again!
