Perfect wooden toys for a 9-month old, great for learning too!
These are high-quality wooden toys that appear to be hand-painted. The animals are super cute and it’s fun for children and adults alike to try to stack them on one another. Our 9-month old loves playing with them while he stands next to our coffee table, and we use them as an opportunity to teach him about the names of forest animals and the sounds they make. He gets a lot of joy out of playing with them, even if he mostly bangs them on the table or throws them at this point. If you’re looking for a high-quality wooden toy (and find electronic/cheap plastic toys abhorrent), you can’t go wrong with this set. The Andes set also looks cute and might be fun to add later.

Adorable, high quality
I got these for my 2 year old’s birthday because we are trying to move away from plastic toys. She loves them for moving around the house and making the animals “interact”. My 5 year old loves to stack them in various ways. So they are a double win for us because both my girls get a lot of use out of them in different ways in their different developmental stages. I honestly love them too, they are so adorable and the stacking is super fun to me too!

Cute! They are a little smaller than I thought, but still nice. I gave 4 stars because I feel like they could have a little more weight to them to make it easier to stack, but overall a nice set! Love the subtle soft colors too.

Wooden critters that will last generations
This set of stackable wooden critters is adorable and great quality. Each piece is 3/4 inch thick with painted details on both sides. The smallest critter is 2+ inches which make them safer for younger kiddos. Durable finish plus a cute bag. I always choose good quality wooden toys and I am happy to add this to my collection. It’s a keeper!!!

Fun & cute
I bought these as a gift for my 3 yr old Grandchildren. I keep them at my house for them to play with when they come over. I have caught myself building with them alone occasionally. They are a bit challenging but fun . You can talk about forest animals & just play with them as well as stack but stacking is not easy but can be done.

Animaux créés pour être bien pris en main (et en bouche) par les bébés : le bois est résistant aux chocs et la couleur résiste bien aux lavages répétés (nous nous en servons pour occuper notre fille pendant qu’elle mange). Très contente du lot, les animaux sont bien peints et ont une tête sympathique. Leur forme est bien pensée pour être empilés facilement (même si au départ ce sont les parents qui s’y collent…).

I love these little animals, they are chunky and cute and versatile for playing with in other ways than just stacking. My little boy is 16m and hasn’t got the hang of stacking them yet, but enjoys taking them out of the bag and putting them back in. Also fun to play with as an adult!
