To use, simply keep the wrapper sealed and fold the pack in half until the inner bubble pops—this starts the cooling reaction. Give the unopened pack a quick 10–15 second shake to evenly mix the contents.
Once activated, remove the pack from its wrapper, peel off the paper strip to reveal the adhesive, and place it securely in your underwear with the sticky side facing down. Each pack offers targeted, hands-free relief that stays comfortably in place.

Great for C-Sections!
New mom here. I just gave birth to my first baby 3 days ago and this kit was wonderful! I was accidentally sent the bigger kit that included the dress and it made my life so much easier. The dress was great quality and made breastfeeding a breeze, the wipes and foam were perfect for the new incision on my belly, the bottle with the nozzle is perfect for helping flush all the aftermath and the length of the nozzle is great since leaning over is a pain. I didn’t use the underwear as I had already bought some others, but I highly recommend this kit as I was stuck in the hospital for 4 days and everything was used.

I decided to give this brand and there essentials a try especially for the price. I’ve always heard about the Frida mom brand and how it has the same essentials but it’s ridiculously EXPENSIVE. I bought the Mama & wish postpartum essentials and packed it in my hospital bag. Let me tell you it was the BEST thing EVER. I LOVED everything about there brand and all there products. The gown , socks, healing foam, ice packs, and the peri bottle was life saving and 100/100. I used the items mentioned above in the hospital and even after. The healing foam is the holy grail. I love this brand so much and I’m so grateful especially when I was in the hospital. Before I forget the underwear’s it came with was so helpful after a week of postpartum and heavy bleeding. They were super comfortable. I definitely recommend this brand and there postpartum essentials!! Don’t question it and please get it!! I definitely will when I have another baby.

I’m very happy with this set. I think someone in the company really listens because I see improvement in the items. In the reviews a lot of people were complaining about the gown, that is to small, have buttons instead of snap closure and that the openings at front for nursing are too revealing. My gown came upgraded, I don’t see any of those issues, it’s big, soft material, have snap closures in the back and front and in all it seems to be comfortable enough for me to wear it at the hospital, after delivery ( see attached pictures).I’m also happy with the rest of the items, especially the pouch, you can pack and keep necessary staff and I like the fact that is mostly transparent, so you can easily find what you’re looking for.Compering to another popular postpartum set that is on the market right now I think it’s a steal, since you’re getting the same amount of items for a half the price ( and esthetic wise I find this one much better).I saw a lot of people point it out that you will most likely get a lot of similar items at the hospital and it’s true, but if you want to have a backup at home, have better, more comfortable to use peri bottle, or just simply gifted mom to be I think it’s a great idea and I highly recommend this set.

The product itself was nicely packaged inside and included all that was advertised, however , as a gift item, I was disappointed that the item box was markered with large M on 2 sides, reducing its appearance as a gift. Otherwise a nice collection of items for post partem needs in an attractive box.

Great for the hospital bag
I over sanitizer the Peri bottle so I did not get to use that product, the gown provided is pretty big, I guess they wanted it to fit most sizes. The other products were very helpful and I used most of it in the hospital.

I purchased this not knowing really what I needed since it was my first baby and have zero regrets. I also had a Frida foam but I find everything in this package better than Frida, it gave me more relief! I would definitely buy again (if I decide to have more kids later). Peri bottle is great and everything was useful! Highly recommend!

I got this as a gift from someone and then came to purchase it for my sister in law. I didn’t use everything but the things I did use I loved. I love the socks for the hospital, the bottle was so much better than what is provided in hospital. The ice pads were convenient and my favourite part is the cooling foam.
