TIPS: Smart Baby Monitor Installation Guidelines: 1) Crib Mounting Height Requirement: Ensure the camera is positioned at least 0.6m (24 inches) above the baby. If placed too low, the camera’s focal length may misalign, causing a blurry image. 2) Wall or Floor Stand Mounting Distance Limit: Keep the camera within 5m (16 feet) of the crib horizontally. Just get it
Battery lasts so long. Perfect for watching baby if you have a quick chore to get done. Absolutely worth the money . There’s an app so you can also monitor from your phone . A breeze to set up. Camera quality 10/10

Not just for babies. Excellent product
I have a slightly different use case. I don’t have a kid but a 72 year old sister with dementia who lives in my house. When I go out for longer than a couple hrs I can let her caregiver know and she will open up the app and check in on her so I can have some time off. I have other cameras as well but this one is excellent. My caregiver, from her home, opens the app and can monitor my sis and run over if there is a problem. Heck, even a sibling back east can log in and check in on her.I had no problem setting it up. The app is easy to use (though baby-centric but that’s ok), and the quality of the pic is excellent. You can pan/tilt the camera as well so I have great vision of the house and her usual sitting places. I’ve just ordered another camera for a different part of the house. I can see this camera being used to check on a parent, a new puppy, etc.My only critique is that I couldn’t find anywhere if there is a size limit for the memory card. If you want to pay back video you have to have a memory card inserted in to the camera. Else it’s just real time. The app works on iPhone and iPad. The monitor that comes with it is also excellent. And the night vision, like other reviews, is excellent. I’m super impressed. Highly recommend this product.

Love this baby monitor
This is a great baby monitor! The ability to not only have the actual screen monitor but have it on your phone too is amazing! The screen has a long battery life which is amazing it doesn’t have to be plugged in all the time. You are able to zoom in and out to see better. It has sound notifications but you can also hear very clearly off of the screen or your phone. Super functional easy to use. Great value for your money definitely recommend worth the price.

2 days of troubleshooting and not working
So disappointed in this purchase. We upgraded our baby monitor so we could have cameras in both babies rooms – in the past 2 days we can barely get the first of the cameras to work no matter how much troubleshooting, reconnecting or searching for solutions. Originally, I was having trouble getting the camera to connect on the app, it would randomly disconnect overnight, and then I would wake up to find it had reconnected without any action from me. Now this same camera will work on the app but will not connect to the parent unit no matter what I try. Even when the monitor is working in small stints, it does not come close to the accuracy of motion and sound detection that my previous monitor did. This is obviously not ideal for managing two babies overnight while sleep deprived – I have many other Momcozy products that I love but this one has fallen short of expectations, especially at a premium cost.

Works for us!!
The quality of this camera is so good! I wanted something that I could access from work, but didn’t want to have to give someone else the login if they were watching him. We were recommended the Nanit a lot, but ultimately skipped out because it didn’t have a separate monitor.A bit pricey, but so worth it! The mic function is VERY clear compared to other monitors I’ve used while babysitting kiddos.The functions of the camera work really well. Night vision doesn’t degrade the quality whatsoever. Temperature and motion detection sensitivity can be adjusted easily in the app.

While this is a nicely designed product, I ended up finding a better fit with the Monai baby monitor. Monai includes AI features that this model lacks, which was a dealbreaker for me. Overall, it’s a solid choice, but I needed those smarter functions.

It has extremely sensitive audio which I love. You can adjust the volume. Battery lasted so far all day after using it for hours. I’ve compared momcozy to many other expensive brands but this product has pretty much the same features as some expensive brands out there so I chose momcozy. I couldn’t be happier.Connectivity is not an issue as some users reported. I was sceptical at first because I couldn’t get it to work for half an hour until I realized it’s been already connected, I literally just had to press at the camera icon to open it up on momcozy app and video image showed up instantly. So after connecting, check if the camera is already on your list of connected devices instead of trying to connect it again and again.Summary- high image quality, good voice quality, camera has high range of movement, good night vision, comparatively easy to connect, easy to work with the momcozy app and so on. I 100 % recommend this product it’s a life saver.

Would recommend!
I hesitated about spending so much on a baby monitor, but so glad I bought this one. I like that the monitor only turns on the image and sound viewed from camera when it picks up sound and movement so the monitor is not a distraction. Also really like being able to connect and use my mobile phone as a monitor. Would definitely recommend!

The camera received seems to be used before as it didn’t connect to the app and seems to be already connected to another account – very disappointing and inconvenient as I didn’t get to use the full functionality of the product- definitely returning it.
