Works perfect!
The size of the sterilizer is perfect for avent bottles as described but also works well for other bottles. I was able to fit the large 9oz bottles. I also was able to use it for my pump parts. It works in a matter of minutes which is faster than other sterilizers. You can’t sterilize a huge amount of items at once but since it takes so little time I can sterilize a lot in a short amount of time. The value for money has been perfect for me because I’ve already used it a ton in just the first week of baby’s life. It is very easy to clean if you have a large enough sink. There is a slight plastic smell the first few times it is used, I just ran the sterilizer with no items in it and washed with soap and water in between. When you seal the container I have not experienced any leaks at all. Since it does have a decent amount of storage the appearance of the container is a little large. Which is a personal preference. It would be a little tough to use on the go since it is a little bulkier.

Easy to use and convenient
This bottle sterilizer works great for busy parents. You just wash bottles and throw them in, put some water in the bottom and throw in the microwave! Great for getting bottles sterilized quick without too much hassle. We didn’t want a big one that you had to keep on the countertop that took 20 plus minutes for a cycle, and using the dishwasher seemed impractical. This way we are able to keep just 6 bottles in rotation and keep them clean. Also works for pacifiers, nipple shields, pump parts. Everything fits and when your done you can just store in a cupboard until it’s needed.

I picked this up to handle the daily mountain of bottles and while it definitely does the trick it feels a bit basic for the price point. The steriliser fits most of our Avent gear without any issues and the steam cycle is quick enough when you are in a rush between feeds. It is easy to use and fits into our microwave well enough though you do have to be careful when taking it out as it gets incredibly hot and can be a bit clumsy to handle.The main sticking point is the cost compared to other brands on the market. After looking around at what else is available I have noticed several other sterilisers that offer a much larger capacity or even include a drying function for a similar or lower price. While the quality is fine it does not really offer anything special that justifies the premium over a standard steam unit. It is a reliable choice if you are already committed to the Avent range but there is definitely better value to be found elsewhere.
