A total lifesaver for new parents!

I originally bought this Bottle Washer Pro as a gift for some close friends who just had a newborn. I actually opened it up and ran a quick test cycle at my place first, just to make sure everything worked properly before giving it to them. Right away, I was impressed—the build quality feels solid and it looks really sleek, not bulky or cheap at all. The controls were easy to figure out, and it was quieter than I expected.After I gave it to them, they started using it almost immediately, and they’ve been loving it. With a newborn, they were constantly stuck at the sink washing bottles and pump parts over and over again. LOVE! Worth the hole in my pocket🥲
It’s hard having a newborn and having to keep up with washing bottles, doing house chores, etc. it’s exhausting. It’s super easy to use and set up. It can hold 6-8 bottles, 8 nipples and 4-8 caps depending on how you organize it. I’ve used it back to back and it does it great without any problems. Surprisingly not that loud, I can barely hear it from the living room. It’s not as heavy as it looks but I would not recommend picking it up the first 2 weeks after giving birth. It does leave residues of the pill that it comes with but after a bit of experimenting I’ve figured out that if you wash out your bottles, soak it in dawn soap with hot water (don’t wash off the soapy water) and load it in the bottle washer. It doesn’t come out with the residue:) that’s if you have the time and quantity of bottles to do it. I would post a photo but it’s 3:31 am and forgot to get a photo. I’m too tired to get back out of bed. Hope yall enjoy it as much as I do:)

Great washer
This Bottle Washer is a time-saver for me. It combines washing, sterilizing, and drying in one convenient machine, making bottle care effortless and hygienic. It handles bottles, pump parts, and accessories with ease, and the results are consistently clean and ready to use. A practical, all-in-one solution that easily replaces tedious hand washing. The only drawback is the noises of the motor, but seems unavoidable for this type of washer.

Complete malfunction
Purchased this new. Upon initial use after unboxing, the water would drain from the reservoir to the main washing area and then sit there, heating up, but with no spraying or cleaning function whatsoever. There was no error message but it would sit there for the entire wash cycle, filling, heating, and draining, but presumably the pump that sprays water has completely malfunctioned. Nothing in the manual or troubleshooting seems to address this problem. Have attempted to run it completely empty to ensure nothing is jamming anything, but it remains nonfunctional. Have unplugged and plugged it back in, turned it on and off numerous times without luck. Hard to believe a new product at this price point could be delivered in such condition. Would not recommend to anyone.

One of the most useful baby purchases I made
This has honestly been a game changer for me. With my first two kids, I hand washed every bottle and pump part, and it was always the hardest thing to find time for. Now I just load everything in, press a button, and it washes, sterilizes, and dries all at once. It cleans really well, dries everything completely, and the capacity is great. I can fit multiple bottles and pump parts in one go. It also comes at a really good price compared to some of the big name brands, which makes it feel even more worth it. I really wish I had this sooner.

Definitely a game changer for my nightShifts with the baby. The only downside is that it uses the whole water reservoir in one use which is a lot of water. Also you can only use the dishwasher tablets that it comes with
