Great baby monitor!
I was hesitant to buy this because of some of the reviews about connectivity issues. We have Verizon Fios at home and we had no issue connecting to the WiFi. It was very easy to install and all the features work great as described! We love the white noise and the nightlight features. Especially love that we can control and rotate the camera remotely! It’ll take time before we see how it performs long term, but overall very happy with it so far!

Great camera
Such an easy to use camera! Got this for my first baby and have had such ease that I can see her clearly. The zoom is great and I can see her entire room. It’s easy to mount and set up as well. Would recommend!

Great! Does everything it says it will. Love the app for it, moving the camera from app. Does well eliminating white noise so you don’t hear the sound machine, just your baby.

Great HD picture, Reliable baby monitor!
Vtech makes the best baby monitors in the business. Setup for the model was a little annoying but we haven’t had an issues since. This is our second Vtech baby monitor. Please bring back stand alone “Zoom” buttons. Scanning through the one button is so annoying. Otherwise great reliable monitor!

Does not support 5G cellular or WIFI
Unfortunately, as someone who was buying a surveillance camera for the first time, I was unaware that my WIFI or phone connection could be considered too fast to support this newer model camera. This camera is exactly what I needed, and I was disappointed that it was incompatible with my fiber internet and Verizon 5G service. The setup was easy with the app, and the experience would have been straightforward if it were compatible. Overall, I would still recommend this product as the quality seems good out of the box.

Failed after a few months
I purchased this VTech baby monitor expecting the reliability of a well-known brand, but my experience has been very disappointing.After only a few months of normal use, the camera stopped working completely and now only shows a solid red light without responding. The device does not boot, does not transmit video, and cannot be paired again.I tried all troubleshooting steps recommended by the manufacturer, including resets and factory reset procedures, but the issue persists.For a product costing over $100 that is meant to monitor a baby, I expected better durability.In my case, the device failed prematurely.If you decide to purchase this product, I genuinely hope you have better durability and a smoother support experience than I did.

Dementia Monitoring System option for Adults.
I bought this monitor for my mom’s dementia facility following her fall from bed during the night. With this monitor, the staff can easily keep an eye on her throughout the night, and they can hear her if she calls for help. The clarity of the image is impressive, allowing for a clear view of my mother’s movements, which brings me peace of mind. Setting it up was a breeze; the screen is incredibly responsive, and the zoom feature allows for easy adjustments to get a better view when needed. The only drawback I’ve encountered is that the range of the monitor isn’t quite as extensive as I had hoped, limiting its reach in the facility. Overall, it has been a valuable addition to her care.

Only good if you have great wifi
Nice for when I’m not home to keep an eye on my kids but the service cuts off on the monitor unless you have super high speed WiFi. It lags and doesn’t work at all when I’m in my garage or outside which should be well within range. I’ve had it cut off completely a few times and even the app wouldn’t load. I went back to my non WiFi monitor
