Love this waist trainer for postpartum! Got this for after pregnancy to keep everything “in” honestly it wraps around perfectly, I have a smaller frame and it fits amazing. I truly believe it helped my belly shrink down super fast in a week and a half, you kind of can’t tell I was even pregnant. But this is with also eating a bunch of uterine shrinking foods/herbs, this wrap is a great compliment. It’s nice to wear under my clothes, pretty discreet, and I wear it for a few hours a day. Keeps everything nice and tight. It’s also nice that it has a few adjustable size options.

The belt is well made and fits me perfectly well. I am able to wear to sleep hopping to get a flatten stomach. I also wear under my shirt and the breathable material won’t make me feel stuffy and hot. Overall it sticks well and improves my posture with a much flatten stomach.

Great waist trainer and worth for the price! I’ve purchased several different styles waist trainer after I gave birth, most of them is tight but not long enough, this one is super long and it’s perfect for me to wrap around my middle back down to lower back area. Provide great support when I work out and hold my baby for long period of time. Works well for my postpartum time. Material is breathable, I can wear it all day long. Definitely worth for the price, highly recommended.

This wrap is extremely long!
The item is very very kind which makes it bulky after having to wrap it so many times. I did not wear it during a workout because of the bulkiness after the number of times I had to wrap it.The velcro hold was good but the functionality I am removing a star because again, it’s too bulky to move around in after the number of times I had to wrap it. I have a 37” abdomen area and it was still too long. I guess you could cut it but if it doesn’t work for you after that you would be stuck with it. For the slimming effect, I am also removing a star because there was not much of a slimming effect with the bulkiness. I purchased the size according to my waist measurement.

Worst waist trainer, you have to be still to don’t get this roll up, so uncomfortable, if you’re looking for something to wear and do exercise this is not the product you’re looking for, so don’t waste your time and money.
