best of all zinc paste
The best zinc paste, in my opinion. The consistency is really thick, so it stays in place and you only need a tiny amount. It’s very effective at healing, and when used early (before the skin becomes too inflamed) it can even prevent irritation!I can wholeheartedly recommend it to all the mamas and their little ones 🙂

The best cream for severe diaper rash
When my son had the worst diaper rash he’s ever had, this cream made a huge difference. I noticed a real improvement very quickly, and ever since then, he has never had an irritation that severe again.In our case, I use it together with the Active Skin Repair spray, and that combination has worked incredibly well for us. I still keep this cream on hand at all times, and now I mainly use it for his overnight diaper, when I want a stronger, longer-lasting barrier. During the day I usually use a lighter cream, but when I want real protection and support for irritated skin, this is the one I trust most.What I like most is that it truly feels like a serious barrier cream. The texture is thick, it stays in place well, and it works fast when you really need it. I also really appreciate that it has 40% zinc oxide and is fragrance free and hypoallergenic, because for that area I prefer straightforward formulas without unnecessary extras, especially when sensitive skin is involved.The only thing to keep in mind is that it is definitely harder to remove than lighter diaper creams, but honestly, that is not a downside for me. That thicker texture is part of what makes it so effective.For me, this is not just another diaper cream to keep around “just in case.” It is the one I reach for when things get serious, and it has absolutely earned a permanent place in our home.

Works great for even the most rashy bums. Doesn’t have a terrible odor (I’m looking at you Desitin max strength) but is still thick and works well.Con is its super expensive so only use if desperate. This is not everyday use stuff

Worth every penny, works for more than diaper rash!
THIS IS THE BEST STUFF EVER! I am a large woman and get heat rash easily in the summer months with the extra sweat, dirt from outdoor activity and spicy/salty foods. This paste is great as a preventative it doesn’t have a fishy smell like Desitin or other zinc creams. It is expensive BUT a little goes a long way, it really is a thick paste. It also works great on baby’s diaper rash…my great grandchild was red as a beet and this worked wonders in a couple days! It heals almost any rash and is VERY soothing and protective. I have even used it on my chickens!

Love the product, not the packaging.
Love the product, not the packaging. This is a small tube, and it is so thick you can not get half the cream out. I had to cut the bottom off and use a diaper cream spatula to get the rest of it out.

Difficult to get out of a tiny tube
The cream itself is fine. Our pediatrician recommended it over Desitin to use in conjunction with prescription ointments for a severe diaper rash. It’s a little thicker than Desitin, but it still wipes off easily onto the diaper. The issue I have is the tiny size of this 2oz tube. I knew it’d be small, but it felt like I barely got 4-5 applications before I was squeezing the heck out of it to try to get more out of it—which is clearly an issue with a wriggly baby. Larger tubes are available, but they would have taken days to arrive. I could see putting this size in a diaper bag and using it at the first signs of a rash or for a tiny rash, but this size is not suitable for more than that. Back to Desitin I go.

The absolute best
Literally the ABSOLUTE best. I use this for my son and daughter and it clears up rashes overnight. I also throw on a little bit of athletes foot powder and boom it’s gone. This is the ONLY rash cream I will be using!
