THE Diaper rash cream!
Our six month old developed a teething diaper rash. This got rid of it in a matter of hours! We tried butt paste, which is also highly rated. In comparing the two I will say that Pinxav acts as a better barrier. Our baby had a teething diaper rash, which means loose stools and more frequent diaper changes. Butt paste would clump and stick to her skin. Making it even more difficult to clean her bum. Pinxav was smooth on the skin and was a legit repellent.If your baby has a moderate to severe diaper rash, I would order this immediately in the tub size. You’re also gonna want to purchase some dog pee pads and dry wipes. Put this on THICK! After you dab or run water on your baby’s bum to clean it. Let it air dry or use a blow dryer. Make sure they are DRY! Then put a thick layer of this and try to have them lay there on a pee pad for as long as possible. If you have to diaper, we put an even thicker layer of this stuff before diapering.This stuff is a miracle, but it stains! After trial and error this is how I got the staining out: 1. Rub an oil into the pink stain. This could be anything from coconut oil to conola cooking oil. 2. On top of oil that you poured and rubbed, apply dish soap to the stain/oil. The oil breaks down the Pinxav and the dish soap will remove the oil.

Miracle cream
I have used this for every bad booty rash and it is seriously magic. A little goes a long way and after just 1 application redness and rash goes does SO much. I swear by this stuff with each kid Ive had. Works great infant-toddler-hood. I have also used it in minor skin irritation and even my own small eczema patches and it helps clears everything up over night. Definitely recommend getting a silicone diaper cream “brush” for bootys bc it is pretty thick and stains surfaces easily.

I first discovered this when I was working in a daycare and one of the kiddos parents provided it for them. I noticed any time she had a rash it was gone by the end of the day or the next day at the latest. When I had my daughter a few months later this was the first thing on my registry. It’s the only diaper cream I used for her or her little sister when she came along. A little goes a long way and you’ll find that because it works so well one tube will last forever.

Spreads Easily Over Sensitive Skin
Wow, this PINXAV salve is super emollient! It spreads over the skin so easily. It’s creamy consistency is ideal when applying to sensitive areas compared to other ointments that require pressure to spread and in turn cause more discomfort. The addition of the aloe vera gel and lanolin helps to soothes the skin while creating a moisture barrier. Without getting too personal, I’m using this for a pressure wound from having to sleep in a certain position after surgery. I felt immediate relief on contact, and my skin is healing. If the salve gets on clothes it does wash out completely during a typical washing machine cycle.The pink color of this salve is unique and the scent reminds me of peppermint Neco wafers. I also appreciate the history behind this product that is explained on the box. This salve was created over 94 years ago which says something about how its longevity is a testament to it being used by many generations.The easy to squeeze tube comes safety sealed and has a convenient pop-up top. Honestly, for the price, I feel fortunate to have learned about it. Prevents diaper rash from ever starting.
My grandmother used pinxav on my mom. I didn’t know it still existed. Used to be comperable to Desitin (30 urs ago) but now desitin has gotten a thinner consistency. This is still thick and easy to apply without making a mess. Also stays on the skin better. Still had a thin layer after clran up between diapers. It has less zinc than desitin but it’s good for more than just diaper rash so multi use is good in the diaper bag on the go. It has all natural ingredients so i feel better about it on her skin. The fragrance is not for everyone. If you like that “baby smell” this isn’t for you. The clove and mint oil give it an earthy essential oil kind of fragrance. Even with frequent heavily soiled diapers and longer intervals overnight, there’s not even redness. Works great to heal diaper rash but i prefer to prevent it. So far (7 weeks) not even any redness.

I love the smell, it smells so clean to me and soothing. I’ve bought so many creams, more than 14 creams, spent so so much money, and nothing helps, my 2 month old baby has very red skin in between his buttocks, and around the rectum, after 2 days of applying it , it seems to shrink in size the redness, I use no baby wipes and wash after he does doodo, and now I switched to cloth diapers.my son poop smell is very acidic he’s breastfeeding so I guess due to the acidity it burns his skin, I do change diaper when it’s solid right away and when it’s wet every time I see it ( sometimes every 20 min) because I’m so tired of my baby suffering
