Why can’t I feel much suction?
Breast pump suction is limited to 40 kPa by international standards to protect breasts and capillaries, so the suction may feel soft. If you’re using a new pump, check it’s working properly and you’ve set the right mode for optimal performance.
How to ensure proper heating for S1&S1Pro?
Make sure the heating pins are fully extended, the pump hub is securely attached, and there’s no gap between the hub and diaphragm. Press the heating button. If you see a solid orange light, the heating is on. If it flashes orange, repeat the steps.
What should I know about charging S1&S1Pro?
Use a magnetic charging cable with a 5V/2A or higher rating adapter. S1Pro can also be charged via the charging case. When pump and case are fully charged, use without heating for 20 mins/session, 3 times/day, the case can last 5 days.
Can I use a microwave to sterilize eufy breast pumps?
No, it can damage the components and cause malfunctions. Initial Use: Steam washable parts or boil with constant stirring for up to 5 minutes. Daily Cleaning: Rinse washable parts with warm, soapy water and air dry. Sterilize as needed.

Amazing pump
I can’t praise this pump enough. It has strong suction, it is comfortable, it is easy to clean, its parts seem like good quality, there are multiple flange sizing options, it is pretty quiet, it keeps a charge really well, it is extremely portable, the app is so helpful and user friendly with lots of combinations to customize your pumping session, and the heating feature is great for someone with slow milk flow. I have consistently pumped around 2 more ounces than with my old pump.

The best pump I’ve used!
I saw these on sale and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did because these are awesome! I’m a mom of 4 so I stay busy, overproducer that exclusively pumps due to latching issues for baby, and have dmer which causes anxiety during pumping. The heat on these help so much with the dmer that I don’t dread pumping everytime plus I have so many more letdowns with it. I respond to these faster than I have any other pump and it’s a more comfortable pump than even my spectra which I previously claimed as the best! I get the same amount as with my spectra but even faster which is awesome because I don’t have time to be anchored to a wall and most likely couldn’t stick with it for a whole year especially around the busy holidays. The suction on these pumps are strong! The highest level I use is a 4 but usually a 3 and the max mode is my favorite! This pump comes with everything you need. I worried the charging cable would be difficult to connect but the magnet is strong so it’s really easy to connect them even one handed. I keep heat on for the entire pump maxed out so that drains the battery pretty quick. I generally get a little over an hour and a half out of battery life because of this but I usually just charge them after the second use so they’re always ready to go. I use the fridge method (rinse after pumping and refrigerate) and it causes no problems with the heating. It’s nice because it warms it up quickly out of the fridge which I’m sure I’ll love even more this winter! The things I don’t like as well are; The app is great to use controls so I don’t have to look down my shirt to change settings if I want but it does bug out sometimes. I clear the app off my phone and it’s fine when I open it back up. I wish the heat had the option of turning on for the whole 30 minutes of pump time instead of just 15 minute at a time. It has the plugs you can buy to keep them from leaking if you bend over. I bought them but they still leak as medium-fast droplet so it’s never completey leakproof. I have never had issues with it leaking because I’m not bending over that far while pumping so I rarely use them anyways. I do prefer the legendairy milk flange inserts over the ones that come with these but I use these a lot. I wish they had the option to buy the charging case by itself incase after buying the pumps you decide you want it. So far I haven’t had much regret over not having the charging case but I may change my mind around the holidays when i’m pumping on the road a lot. I would definitely buy these pumps again if something happened to them because now I couldn’t see myself pumping the next 10 months without them I love them so much! I will update if I change my mind about these.

Best pump I’ve had as an exclusive pumper

Convenient, but didn’t work long-term for me
I liked this pump a lot at first—it’s super convenient being hands-free, and the heated feature felt really nice in the beginning. It worked well for me for the first few weeks and made pumping feel a little more comfortable and efficient.That said, I ended up having some issues with clogged lymphatic fluid, which then led to clogged ducts. After talking with my lactation consultant, I was advised to stop using heat and switch to ice instead, and that made a big difference for me.I also noticed the diaphragm tends to leak—especially if you’re holding it upside down. You have to keep a hand over it so it doesn’t fall out and spill, which isn’t ideal when you’re already multitasking.Overall, I do think it’s a well-designed pump and has some great features, but it just wasn’t the best long-term daily option for my body personally.

I’m impressed with this wearable pump! It does the job nicely. It’s also easy to use, assemble, and clean. Bonus points for the heating feature. All in all, the brand seems to be worth the hype.
