Great for adults dealing with incontinence – – keeps skin dry and prevents skin irritation
Hubby recently had prostate surgery and is now dealing with temporary incontinence post op.He’s wearing Depends underwear and the nurse suggested wiping down with adult wipes between changes to keep the area clean, and using a cream such as this to keep the area dry.Tho this paste is marketed as use for babies, it works perfectly for adults as well.It’s thick, yet easy to spread and isn’t sticky, goey or uncomfortable.A friend’s mom was just released from the hospital, is not very mobile and is wearing Depends. He purchased this for her and her caregiver commented to him how insightful that was. The caregiver told him that she usually suggests getting something like this to prevent skin irritation/rash.

I cannot recommend Triple Paste enough! As a mom, I’ve tried just about every diaper rash cream on the market, and this one truly stands out. Anytime my baby starts to get red, I apply a thin layer of Triple Paste, and by the next diaper change, there’s already a huge improvement.It’s fragrance-free, gentle on sensitive skin, and doesn’t cause any irritation. Effective diaper cream
This is my favorite diaper cream. Any rash has been fixed with it within 24 hours and prevents rashes exceptionally. The large size lasts a long time. I also love the tub packaging vs a tube because I can adjust how much I want to use easily (scrape back in).

Super effective- worth the cost!
We’ve used this daily since my now 18-month old was born. I love that it’s preventative AND a treatment for rashes that creep up. We also send it to daycare along with petroleum jelly for them to apply as-needed. Initially the cost seemed way too high for something we use daily, but it really does work and these tubs last a real long time. The last time I purchased one was months ago! The only time we’ve not been able to clear up a diaper rash with it in a day or less was when he got a bad case of Hand Foot & Mouth Disease, which is when you need a true medicated ointment.We use silicone spatulas to apply this and you can really get every last bit out of the tub as opposed to the tube. Truly has no smell which is nice too!
